Our staff is committed to making your association with our offices as pleasant as possible. All of our staff members are licensed RDA’s (registered dental assistants) and have many years (almost 100 years) of combined orthodontic experience. We enjoy what we do and our staff is energetic, friendly and attentive. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending courses by the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO), continuing education courses, study clubs and seminars.
Janet
Clinical Supervisor / Chairside Assistant

Janet has worked in the field of orthodontics for over 30 years. She is well trained and very skilled in all chairside procedures. Janet does a fantastic job of coordinating all of the clinical functions of our office including chairside and lab, sterilization and ordering, data entry in the computer and making sure all records and appliances are scheduled in and out of the office and ready for our patients and Dr. Lane, on time.
When she is out of the office Janet enjoys life with her husband and two adult children and new daughter-in law. They enjoy the pool, the beach and our local mountains.
Leeane
Clinical / Chairside Assistant
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Leeane has more than 19 years experience as an orthodontic assistant. She enjoys working closely with Dr. Lane in all of the clinical aspects of orthodontic treatment. Leeane is very friendly and caring and one of the things she enjoys most about working in the field of orthodontics is getting to know each patient individually and working with them step by step to achieve a beautiful new smile. Leeane lives in the Riverside area and commutes to both offices.
Away from the office Leeane is a busy wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with her husband, her three children, family and friends. Leeane has a soft spot for pets and has several. She enjoys reading and scrapbooking.
Marcia
Administrative / Financial / Insurance
Registered Dental Assistant
Marcia is our front office administrator. She brings many years of experience in orthodontics. She has worked in all phases of the office including chairside assisting; which gives her a great understanding of patient’s clinical needs. She is an asset in answering your questions and concerns when you call our office. Marcia will work closely with you to review treatment options, fees, payment options and scheduling appointments. If you have insurance benefits she will be happy to assist you in maximizing your available benefits. She is dedicated to helping make your orthodontic treatment a happy, positive experience.
Outside the office, Marcia enjoys time with her husband and two adult children. She loves sports and is an avid Ducks, Angels and Lakers fan. She follows most college sports (Go USC) and has attended years of soccer, baseball, volleyball, softball, water polo and swim meets with her kids. She loves to quilt and spend time with friends and family.
